3. Offer Details:
   - Any purchases with an single order value of over US$199, will qualify for the 2018 Content Store 90-Day Pass.
   - The 90-Day Pass will be valid from September 3rd 00:00 UTC to November 30th, 2018 23:59 UTC.
4. Guideline of 90-Day Pass:
   - Each qualifying account will only receive ONE coupon for the 90-Day Pass.
   - This coupon is applied to the LIST PRICE of each content.
   - This coupon cannot be used along with other coupons and by purchasing DA points.
5. This Promotion for the Content Store is only for purchases made in the Reallusion Content Store, and do not apply to purchases from (1) Software Bundle packages* (2) Reallusion Marketplace. All content packs, including DA points, qualify for the promotion.
6. The final sales price after all discounts and coupons have been calculated, is the price that will be counted as part of the total accumulation during the promotional period.
7. Qualified members will be officially announced and contacted via email, where a coupon code will be provided, approximately 3 working days after the promotion ends.All contacts and announcements prior to this date in regards to eligibility are considered as reference only, and not as part of an official announcement.
8. In the case of refunds for purchases made during the promotional period, the refund amount will be deducted from the total value accumulated during the promotional period. If the refund is made after the promotion, resulting in a total accumulated value of less than the requirement, then one does not qualify for the Elite Membership.
